Republicans up big in Georgia

Monmouth University is out with a new poll in Georgia that finds David Perdue (R) leading Michelle Nunn (D) by a huge margin, 49% to 41%.

In the race for governor, Governor Nathan Deal (R) leads challenger Jason Carter (D), 48% to 42%.

The Republicans seem to be pulling away in a red state with a very unpopular Governor and a U.S Senate candidate with a history of outsourcing. Unless every Democrat shows up on Election Day, Georgia will be painted red again.
