NBC News/Marist have polled six states with key U.S Senate races and finds that the fight for a majority in the U.S Senate “is coming down to the wire, with Democrats and Republicans locked in tight races in the key contests that will determine the majority in that chamber of Congress. The momentum in these races, however, has swung mostly in the Republican Party’s direction, giving the GOP a clear path to winning the majority.”
Colorado: Cory Gardner (R) 46%, Senator Mark Udall (D) 45%
Iowa: Joni Ernst (R) 49%, Bruce Braley (D) 46%
Kansas: Greg Orman (I) 45%, Senator Pat Roberts (R) 44%.
Arkansas: Tom Cotton (R) 45%, Senator Mark Pryor (D) 43%
North Carolina: Senator Kay Hagan (D) is tied with Thom Tillis (R), 43% to 43%.
South Dakota, Mike Rounds (R) 43%, Rick Weiland (D) 29%, with Larry Pressler (I) at 16%.
