Rasmussen Reports is out with a new poll in Alaska that finds challenger Bill Walker (I) expanding his lead over Governor Sean Parnell (R), 50% to 41%. It will be interesting to see if this race at all has any influence on voters when it comes to the hotly contested U.S Senate race.
This has been a great year for independent candidates in small states. Orman in Kansas and Walker in Alaska both have a great shot at winning. The independent candidate in South Dakota’s U.S Senate race is also competitive. Are Americans finally opening up to independents or do they just hate the GOP and Democrats that bad?
