A new poll by Portland Press Herald in Maine finds that in the race for governor, current Gov. LePage is behind in a three candidate race. Mike Michaud (D) edges out Governor Paul LePage (R), 41% to 39%. Eliot Cutler (I) has 14% of support.
This would easily be a blowout race like Pennsylvania if Cutler (I) wasn’t in the race. Good news for Democrats is the anti-LePage vote isn’t bring split in a way that will result in a second term for the governor at the moment.
